Honest and attentive to our questions. I will say that, setting aside the sellers market, it was distressing to see that so many sellers made little to no effort to have their property clean or even touch up the paint. I just don’t understand it!! Every house I’ve sold has been spotless, plus I actually left information about the systems, repair people etc. Certainly not Doug’s fall, but the listing broker (in this case it was the daughter of the sellers) must not have asked for such a list, plus the sellers should have been encouraged to at least repaint. And why put granite on 40+ year old cabinets?? Also, the sellers should have installed a hand rail down the basement stairs before putting the house on the market.

Everything was so well organized from start to finish. His recommendations for partnerships in lending, inspections, appraisals, etc. were fabulous too. I can’t thank him enough for making my first home purchase such a smooth and fun experience!
